For setting, log into your dashboard and click “Setting” tab. You need to set:
- General Setting
- Location
- Shipping
- Store Policies
- SEO
- Customer Support
General Setting
To manage your store, go to Settings in your Dashboard left menu. A group of settings sections are there:
You can manage store basic setting by writing:
- Store Name
- Store Slug
- Store description
Note : Slug is the part of URL as shown www.sneeza.com/store/slug/. You can put any word of your choice as your store slug.
You can manage store advance settings if you wish so :
- Store Banner
- Store Phone
- Store Logo
Location
For some reasons it’s important to allow the customers to search products and sellers by their location, and with Sneeza Shop Dashboard, you can display the location of your store where-ever across the world you want to locate your online store. This setting is independent of your physical location.
Sneeza allows you to configure your location settings using Google Map and Open street map library. Maps and Address Geo-coder might serve as additional benefit.
As a vendor, you can set the location of your individual store and here are the steps.
- Step 1: Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Location
- Step 2: Enter the address of the store in the “Store Address” section.
- Step 3: As a next step, just point the store location in the Map by providing the correct address.
Once done, save the settings and your customers are ready to search for this store by location.
Store Policies
Write your store policies like shipping, refund and order cancellation policies.
Customer Support
You can put your contact number and e-mail address to set your helpline for customer support.
Store SEO
In SEO section, you can write SEO title of your store, meta description/short description of your store and focused keywords. It will help your store rank in search engines. You can link your store with your social media profiles to drive customers from social media platforms and earn more with less effort.
